To keep costs down, we ship using regular mail. Within Australia, delivery should take around 2 - 6 business days. For international orders, delivery can take from 8 - 20 business days, depending on how remote your location is!

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Left Brain Records.
Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Compact Discs
We hand-pack our orders, and so we always confirm that your goods are in an acceptable condition before they head out on their way to you. We want you to enjoy the music you pay for, but we understand that sometimes goods can be damaged in transit. We also understand that compact discs can sometimes have audio problems (such as scratches) resulting from the manufacturing process, even though these problems are beyond our control.
If you receive a Compact Disc from Left Brain Records that has been damaged in transit, we will replace it no questions asked if the damaged goods are returned to Left Brain Records at 6 Adderton Rd Telopea NSW 2117 Australia, along with your name, your order number and your return postage address within 14 days if you are located in Australia, or within 30 days if you are located outside Australia.
